Can I change community once my record is shared?

• No, to avoid issues with sharing a record with a wrong community, you cannot change the community yourself once you shared the record.
  If you need to change the community, please contact the administrators at big-map@dtu.dk.

How can I give access to a colleague to edit my record?

• Follow the instructions in the help section. Click the "Share links" button and create a link with access "Can edit".
  Copy the link and send it to your colleague.

• Note that only people who already have an account on the BIG-MAP Archive and are members of the community in which the record is published can use the link.

How can I give access to a colleague, or paper reviewer, to view (read-only) my record?

• Follow the instructions in the help section. Click the "Share links" button and create a link with access "Can view" (for published records) or “Can preview” (for drafts).
  Copy the link and send it to your colleague.

• Note that anyone with the link will be able to view the record, even if they do not have a BIG-MAP Archive account.
